Yoga Classes + Health Coaching

Kirthana is a 700+ hour certified yoga guide and has been regularly guiding classes in India and now in London for nearly 5 years. She offers classes both one-on-one at a pre-decided location, and also teaches regularly at More Yoga, London. Additionally, she is an IIN certified health coach, and works as an accountability partner with anyone looking to streamline their routine, and work on better wellness practices.

Recipe Development

Kirthana has, ever since she was a child, spent most of her free time shadowing her mother around the kitchen. She learnt to appreciate the sights, smells, sounds that embraced her, and has a rather romantic idea of food. She continues this love affair by constantly experimenting in her kitchen, with the aim to simplify ideas and recipes that are conceived to be complex and thereby allow more people to access good + healthy food from the comfort of their own kitchens.

With better health being her primary goal in any aspect of life, she can help you work with ingredients in a way to maximise nutritional value while maintaining flavour and appeal.

Wellness + Food Photography

Kirthana is a food and wellness photographer. While she was quite the dramatic subject as a child, as her father would try to capture some memories on his lovely old Yashica camera, she has grown to find a deep love for this medium of art. She enjoys life behind the lens, and has a keen eye for noticing those little fractions of seconds when the most memorable moments are committed to permanency. If you have a wellness workshop or retreat coming up, she can help you by creating a beautiful record of your event for posterity.

She also enjoys photographing food in moody themes, and aims to tell a story through her images. She can help if you are working on a cookbook, and would like to design a theme for your recipes, source props, and/or have photographs taken.
