Kirthana Amirthavasani holds a 500+ Hr certification in Stråla Yoga and 200+ Hr certification in Hatha Yoga, as awarded by the Yoga Alliance. She guides different flow style practices that allow people the freedom to discover ease in movement, connection between breath and body, and at the same time build strength to work sustainably with themselves. She leads in-person classes in London, UK, and one-on-one classes online.
