White Chocolate + Cardamom Bliss Balls

White chocolate is a nice and mellow version of chocolate that makes for great addition to snacks such as energy balls, especially if you’re not big on dark chocolate. It’s sweeter making it perfect as the main sweetener, and thereby requiring lesser other additions to sweeten. Paired with a bolder spice like cardamom, brings out a different elegance to these little treats. The rolled oats and nuts with the chocolate mirror a marzipan-like texture, and enrobed in more chocolate makes it that one bit more decadent.
